1. Introduction & Acceptance

• Is not automatically a party to, and does not automatically assume liability under, any agreement concluded directly between a supplier and a buyer;
• Facilitates introductions, negotiations and logistics coordination on a reasonable-efforts basis only.

Any specific trade, sale, purchase or supply arrangement is governed exclusively by the separate written contract, purchase order or invoice agreed between the relevant parties, and not by this Website or these Terms.

3. Eligibility

Our services are intended for businesses and professionals engaged in the lawful sourcing, supply or trading of scrap metal. By using the Website you represent that you are at least 18 years old, are authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent, and will use our services only for lawful business purposes.

4. Acceptable Use

No quotation constitutes a binding offer capable of acceptance until confirmed in a signed written contract, purchase order, or invoice issued by AD Metal Trading.

6. Orders, Contracts & Trade Transactions

Submitting an inquiry, booking request, or contact form on this Website does not create a binding contract between you and AD Metal Trading. All actual trade transactions — including material specifications, quantities, pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules — are governed exclusively by a separate written agreement executed by the parties involved.

7. Material Grading & Quality

Scrap metal is inherently variable in grade, composition and condition. Any description of material types on the Website is general and illustrative only. Grading, inspection and quality acceptance criteria for any specific transaction shall be as agreed in writing between the contracting parties. AD Metal Trading is not liable for disputes concerning grading, weight, or quality that arise directly between a supplier and a buyer, except to the extent AD Metal Trading is itself a contracting party under a separate signed agreement.

8. Payment Terms

Payment terms, currency, and method for any specific transaction shall be as set out in the relevant signed contract or invoice. AD Metal Trading is not responsible for payment failures, delays, or disputes arising between independent suppliers and buyers introduced through our services.

9. Delivery & Logistics

Any delivery timelines, shipping estimates or logistics information provided are estimates only. AD Metal Trading shall not be liable for delays or losses arising from customs procedures, port congestion, carrier performance, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, images and design elements, is the property of AD Metal Trading or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any part of the Website without our prior written consent.
